Mr. Hampson graduated from the University of Tennessee, has more than 33 years of banking experience and is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute Trust Investments School. He holds the Certified Trust Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. He is a member and serves on the boards of the Knoxville Estate Planning Council and Interfaith Health Clinic, is Co-Chair for the Helen Ross McNabb Clayfest Fundraiser and is the Breakfast Coordinator for St. John’s VMC.
Mr. Osborne is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and 33 years of banking experience. He holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designations through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Cannon Trust School, UNC at Charlotte. Mr. Garst is a seasoned manager of capital investment securities. Prior to joining Home Federal, he served as investment manager for a large regional bank. He is a member of the Knoxville Estate Planning Council and has enjoyed volunteering with regional Chambers of Commerce, the Red Cross, the Medic Blood Center and the First Lutheran School Board.

She has nearly four decades of banking experience that includes branch administration and mortgage origination and has been an employee of Home Federal Bank for nearly 30 years. She is also a member of the Knoxville Estate Planning Council and serves in volunteer capacities with the United Way, including the role of chairman of an allocations panel.

Ms. Waldrop earned her Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Tennessee College Of Law and was named to the prestigious Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the Home Federal Bank Trust Division, she maintained a successful law practice in estate planning, as well as estate and trust administration. Ms. Waldrop’s current responsibilities include managing the Personal Trust Department, where she oversees the administration of trusts, estates, investment management, and custody accounts, as well as handling a myriad of legal issues for the Trust Division. She serves on the Boards of Directors for both the Knoxville Family Justice Center and the Knoxville Estate Planning Council. Ms. Waldrop is also a past President of the East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women and holds memberships in the Junior League of Knoxville, Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women, Tennessee Bar Association, and Knoxville Bar Association.
